Initial Visit + Assessment
Your first step to move beyond pain begins with your health goals, identifying where you are feeling imbalanced & setting up a game plan to optimize your recovery.
Second Visit + Personalized Exercise Program
After your first visit we will be able to assess your progress and create a personalized, flexible exerise program for you with PhysiApp.
Subsequent Visits + Maintenance
We don’t believe in just figuring it out on the table.
Based on how your body responds to treatment, we’ll schedule follow up visits with regular reassessments to take you from recovery to peak functioning.

We take the time to get to know you through our two part Health Discovery and Initial Health Strategy Assessment process.
Before your consultations, please take the time to thoroughly fill out your online forms. This helps us prepare for your 1st virtual visit.
Your Review of Care Plan
At our second visit, we will review your Care Plan – your snapshot of your health and outline of your individualized path to recovery.
We will translate any testing ordered during your intake visits and recommend your foundational plan.
Your Hormonal to Whole Plan
Our signature approach to hormonal happiness is based on our 12+ years of clinical experience and evidence-based care.

How We Got Started
When a muscular landscape construction worker met a food-obsessed academic on her way to medical school… we planned a life that was built on being well.
We knew that our genetics and the way that things were traditionally done didn’t have to be our legacy.
We believe in being self-sufficient – “I can’t” doesn’t exist in our vocabulary – learning things just for the hell of it, challenging what is possible.
Traveling across the continent in our truck, sleeping outside in the mountains, by lakes and streams, eating delicious food grown on our 1/4 Acre Haven and enjoying exploring with our small humans make us feel alive.
